In January 2015, realising there had to be a better way, married couple Kyal & Tegan created Dream Clean Adelaide DCA
and have made it their mission to help restore the work/life balance for other households that find themselves in a similar position.
We wanted other people to also receive that incredibly powerful feeling you can experience when you arrive home and walk
in the door after a long, hard day at work and you smell that lovely fresh scent and see everything is tidy, with the dusting and vacuuming done; as well as having the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and all the floors sparkling clean.
We understand that arriving home to this at the end of a big day will help make you feel more relaxed, peaceful and in control. We do our best to lessen your burden by taking some of the weight off your shoulders, giving you the edge you
need to stay on top of your game and provide you with extra time to start enjoying yourself again.
In the beginning DCA only offered general cleaning, but due to a significant number of requests we have expanded our
services to include car detailing, glass cleaning and beginning/end of lease cleaning. This means that our clients can now also experience those same wonderful feelings when they:
Open the garage door and see that the car has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out
Wander the yard and notice that all the windows and the glass pool fence are see-through again and streak free, or
Are moving in or out of premises and want to ensure that they are cleaned to the required standard

DCA's Terms of Service
We must have access to power & water at the property for the agreed services to be provided.
Payment - Payment is due on the day of service and can be made in cash on completion of work or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using the details provided on the invoice that will be emailed to you. Important note: When paying electronically, you must include the invoice number as your payment reference to allow us to match payments made to the services provided.
Additional Fees & Charges
Cancellations - If you cancel a service without providing a minimum of 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of 40% of the price of the agreed services will be charged to your account.
Lock Out - If we attend the property at the scheduled time and access is unable to be gained; or power + water are not available and this prevents us from providing the agreed services, a lock out fee equal to the amount of 40% of the price of the agreed services will be charged to your account.

a. The type of cleaning required (general cleaning, exit/end-of lease clean, auto detailing, etc).
b. Frequency of the clean (weekly, fortnightly, etc).
c. A broad description of the size of the premises and the services that you would like us to perform.
d. Proposed interview timing which will allow one of our friendly staff to come and meet you in person to further discuss and confirm your individual cleaning needs and advise timings and access requirements.

Once we receive your enquiry, a DCA team member will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the time with you; or to negotiate a mutually acceptable alternative.
